Erick Alvarez has been writing
professionally since 1999 when he wrote an extensive online exercise
library that received national and international media attention. He
has also written a fitness column for San Diego's Rocket magazine
and the copy for a TV commercial.
Erick grew up in San Francisco,
where he attended San Francisco State University and earned his degree
in kinesiology and exercise science. He
was born in Costa Rica and has also lived in Los Angeles, Honolulu,
and Fort Lauderdale. Muscle Boys is his
first book.
